Staff Opportunities

More than anything else, staff members at Saguaro Camp Cherith are men and women who love kids and camping, and want to share their enthusiasm with others. Adults, 18 years old and over who meet the requirements, are trained in camping and counseling skills which enable them to be effective staff members. Saguaro Camp Cherith has positions available for cabin counselors, division directors, nurses, and other support staff.

Campers in Leadership Training (CILT) offers opportunities for high school girls to participate in a program of leadership skill development in supervised settings. Explorers who enjoy working with younger campers and want to become counselors are good candidates for CILT.
